Ahoy, Anne Marie!
Congratulations on your first MAGICal sailing with Disney Cruise Line. The Disney Magic was the vessel my crew first experienced the magic of Disney at sea, and we were hooked! There is so much to enjoy onboard a Disney ship that it's a vacation worth doing over and over because there is always something new and exciting to experience. One of those things that I love to repeat is a meal at
Palo. My mouth is watering just thinking about the oh so decadent Chocolate Soufflé! My husband and I savor each course in this romantic setting and are always glad for this special time together. I hope you can also find time to dine here on your cruise, Anne Marie.
I noticed the Disney Magic is sailing both 4-night and 5-night itineraries this January. I'm not sure which one you've booked, but in the past
Pirate Night has been on Day 2 for on 4-night and Day 4 on the 5-night. Scheduling is always subject to change, so unfortunately there is no way to know for sure until your actual sail date. My advice is to go ahead and secure a reservation because changes can be made once aboard. We had to do this on one of our sailings last December. (The instructions for making a change were listed on the front page of the cruise newsletter that is given upon check-in at the cruise terminal.) Once we boarded the ship, we made changing our Palo reservation first on our list, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. They were able to move us to another day without any issue. I do say the sooner the better on embarkation day so you have the most options.
I'm glad you sailed over to ask your question, Anne Marie. As you think of more, please let us know.
Have a MAGICal day!
Nancy
