We are sailing on the Fantasy (w Star Wars day) in spring. How do the meet and greets with Star Wars and other characters work? Do we make arrangements ahead of time? Is there just a line for everyone? Also, is there a character breakfast? Thank you!

    Ahoy Amy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You have some great questions about your upcoming cruise on the Disney Fantasy!
Your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will be your go-to guide for regular character meet and greet opportunities. Each day, the meet and greets will be listed with specific meeting times and locations. You can also find them on the Character Board in the Grand Lobby Atrium and on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. No reservations are required for these meet and greets and everyone can attend. There are many opportunities to see your favorites so keep a watchful eye out for the character schedules. There are a few experiences with characters that do require tickets. These tickets are free of charge and can be picked up at the Port Adventures Desk on Deck Five, Midship upon boarding (usually from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.). Space is limited so be sure to stop by as soon as you can. At this time, tickets are needed for the Princess Gathering, Frozen Meet and Greet, and the Disney Junior Character Breakfast, but these are always subject to change.
Last week was the first time the power of the Force was on the Disney Fantasy! It looks like character experiences on Star Wars Day at Sea will work a bit differently than the normal character experiences so remember to stay informed on all the galactic happenings through your Personal Navigator. From my understanding, the characters will be available for meet and greets on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Decks Three, Four and Five. As you wonder the decks have your Younglings and cameras ready for any magical moments that you may encounter! The pictures I saw from the first sailing were awesome, and I definitely recommend being on the pool deck when the Stormtroopers are on Pool Patrol! That will be a picture you don't want to miss!
Thank you for stopping by, Amy! Be sure to pack your lightsaber in case you come face-to-face with Darth Vader!
    Have a magical day!
