    Sailing on Fantasy Sep28. Read that I can purchase Disney Gift cards & apply the amount to the KTTW on board. We live in Canada, can I buy gift cards @ Disney Stores in Cda to use onboard? If not what are my options to allow DD her own spending $$? Th

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  It sounds like you have been doing your research for your upcoming cruise, and you are absolutely correct that you can apply Disney Gift Cards to your onboard account.  I'm glad you asked this question because Canadian Disney Gift Cards cannot be used onboard so you will need to purchase your gift cards in the U.S. so they can be redeemed on the ship.  I have three ideas on how you can get the cards for your cruise.  You can order gift cards from the Disney Store online  or www.disneygiftcard.com or you can wait until you are on the ship and purchase a card for your daughter from the onboard shops.  Another idea is to stop by one of the two Disney stores at the Orlando Airport when you arrive before heading to the port.
    Once onboard, you can stop by Guest Services at anytime to add the gift card(s) to your Key to the World cards.  I recommend holding on to at least one gift card just in case the full amount is not spent because it can be credited back to the card.
