Welcome aboard, Jennifer! I hope you had a magical time when you sailed on the Disney Fantasy a few weeks ago. Isn't that ship absolutely spectacular?
Many guests get confused about the Disney Cruise Line photo system and the PhotoPass system at the Walt Disney World Resort. They are separate systems, so unlike the parks PhotoPass photos that you can later view online, the Disney Cruise Line photos are only available to view and purchase while you're onboard. I'm sorry you missed out on that particular photo, but hopefully you have plenty of other photos to document all of the memories you made while sailing on the Fantasy.
While this isn't as easy as viewing and purchasing photos online after the cruise, the good news is that there is a chance that your photo may still be available, as sometimes some of the photos are kept for about six weeks, but it is not guaranteed. It's certainly worth a shot to try though. Check out
My Cruise Photos website where you can then click on "Ship Photo Guide", then click the tab that says " Help". There, scroll down to "Purchasing Photos After Your Cruise" and choose Disney Cruise Line. That will direct you to a page with a form that can be filled out to try to locate any photos of yours that might be accessible. Good luck!
Stop back again with any other questions when you're ready to plan your next Disney cruise, Jennifer!
