Sailing on the Dream in September. I'm confused on when I can book my port adventures. Is it no earlier than 90 days prior to sailing or as soon as my cruise is paid in full? I don't want to miss out on the dolphin swim!

Welcome aboard, Trinity! I bet your entire family is looking forward to a fun adventure at sea with Disney Cruise Line this fall.

If this is your very first cruise with Disney Cruise Line, your online check-in will open 75 days prior to sailing. At that time, you can log into your reservation online to begin checking in and choosing any Port Adventures, Adult Exclusive Dining or other extras you'd like. As long as you're paid in full at that point, you'll be able to start choosing your fun adventures. I suggest that you browse all of the different adventures from which you can choose now so that when your check-in time comes, you'll be ready to book. Since guests who have sailed with Disney Cruise Line before can begin checking in 90 or more days prior to sailing, some of the popular Port Adventures or Adult Exclusive Dining times might begin to fill up. You'll want to log on as soon as possible with a plan in mind so you can snag all your favorite must-haves!

You mentioned you're hoping to swim with the dolphins. I'm not sure which adventure you're hoping for, but I can highly recommend the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Swim! My daughter and I had the most magical experience on that adventure a few months ago. We also loved that after the swim, since we were on the earliest departure, we were able to spend the rest of the day enjoying the beautiful beach at Blue Lagoon Island and choose our own return time. Plus, the dolphin swim had a low guest to dolphin ratio, which made for more interaction time for us with those beautiful creatures! Trinity, and please stop back and let me know if you have any other questions before you set sail!
