Welcome back, Michelle! Disney Cruise Line has the best
Youth Clubs at sea, and my kids will attest to that! They cannot get enough of the amazing activities and events that take place all day and night in the Youth Clubs!
The best part about the Youth Clubs for my husband and me? They're included in the cost of our cruise! That's right! Besides all of the super fun family activities that take place onboard, the kids can go hang out with the counselors and new friends in the Youth Clubs while Mom and Dad sneak away to enjoy some of the Adult Exclusive activities. It's a win-win for everyone! If you can convince the kiddos to leave the clubs! We have to pull our kids out sometimes, as they just love being there!
The Oceaneer Club and Lab are the hot spot for ages three to twelve, so all of your kids can enjoy those venues together. But, your eleven year-old will have even more fun in
Edge, the tween club onboard. My daughter recently got to experience Edge for the first time (she's been
WAITING and
WAITING until she was old enough!), and adored the more grown-up kid vibe there. She met all kinds of new friends and had so much tween fun with the counselors who know how to entertain and get kids that age excited and involved.
The only Youth Club that requires advanced reservations and carries an hourly cost is
It's A Small World Nursery for those three and under. As long as your three year-old is fully potty trained, he or she can go to the Club and Lab. But, if potty training isn't quite complete, you'll want to make reservations for some playtime in the nursery.
Have such a great cruise, Michelle!
