We are sailing on the Dream in March and I have 2 questions: Can you walk me through what our nights will look like with the second dining seating? Is there a show while we eat or is it before or after? Also, have your kids had seasickness on the Dream?

    Ahoy Kelly!

You are going to love the Disney Dream's state-of-the-art design combining a classic look with touches of Disney whimsy.  My family sailed this spectacular ship last Spring & had an unforgettable experience!

Your dining time each evening will be at 8:15 in one of the three amazing dining rooms.  You will love the rotational system which allows you to enjoy a different atmosphere each evening with the same great servers!  The Walt Disney Theatre has two different showtimes planned each night, one for first seating Guests and one for second seating Guests.  With second seating scheduled for your crew, you will want to attend the show planned for 6:15.  Doors usually open around 30 minutes prior to show time,& we usually go around 15-20 minutes ahead of time to secure our seats.  You won't want to miss out on these incredible Broadway & Hollywood inspired shows!  They tend to last around hour, & they are the best live shows I've seen at sea!

After the pre-dinner entertainment, there will be a little time for some shopping, a cocktail, or some photo ops before your scheduled dinner.  I always have my Personal Navigator, the daily activity guide, handy to make sure I know exactly what is going on at all times!

My children have been on several cruises and never experienced seasickness.  I spoke with my pediatrician before our first cruise, & he informed me that most children are not prone to feeling the motion of the ship. If this is something you are concerned about you might want to purchase Bonine for Kids & have it available just in case!

I hope my answers help you in your planning for your magical voyage in March.  If you have any other questions, I'd love to help!

    Bon Voyage!
