Sailing on Dream Jan 8-11. What night would pirate night be and is that a good time to do bbb. Thanks

    Welcome back, Kellie!

Pirate Night is one of my kids' favorite nights onboard any of our Disney Cruise Line voyages. They love getting dressed up in swashbuckling pirate attire and enjoying the pirate festivities all afternoon and evening, especially the Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party and Buccaneer Blast Fireworks at sea like only Disney can do!

Pirate Night on your January 8th Disney Dream cruise will be on Wednesday, the Castaway Cay night. When you get to begin your online check-in (75 days prior to sailing for first time guests, 90 or more days prior for those who have sailed with Disney before), you'll see that listed as an activity in My Cruise Activities. There you can begin to book fun extras like makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. If you're looking for your kiddos to be made-over into pirates, that is the day to book it, as on Pirate Night, the Boutique becomes The Pirates League where little sailors are magically transformed into pirates!

Now, if your girls are hoping to become princesses, you'll probably want to book a different day, so she can enjoy her makeover and stay in her princess costume all day long, even for dinner! I just love seeing the little princesses strutting around the ship after their makeovers. My daughter had the most magical experience there when she was transformed into Snow White. Later she ran into Snow White in the hall of the ship and they skipped around together hand in hand in their matching dresses. Such a special memory!

Have fun planning this exciting adventure, Kellie!
