Sailing on the Dream Dec 2013!! Can't wait! - Question: How early can we get the DCL bus from our WDW resort? I'd like to book our spa time while the Dream is still in port and have early Palo reservations the first day. Thanks! Love the Panel!!

Welcome aboard, Lynda! It sounds like you have a Land and Sea vacation to look forward to later this year with Disney! Disney cruises are very magical on their own, but add a resort stay onto the beginning of your vacation and you'll really enjoy some Disney magic!

I believe that the first bus from the resorts heads out around 10:30 to the port, though this is always subject to change. No matter which bus you take, boarding doesn't begin until about around noon, though check-in at the port begins about 11:00. You'll receive a number and once they call yours, head onto the ship for a very special welcome! If you haven't already, be sure to call Disney Cruise Line to add their ground transportation to your cruise reservation.

If this is your first cruise with Disney, you will be able to begin making advanced reservations for Palo and spa services at 75 days prior to sailing. I suggest going online that first day and making any of these reservations, as well as Port Adventure reservations, to ensure you get the experiences you'd like. Because Castaway Club members (those who have sailed with Disney before) get to book before first time guests, some spots will already be taken.

I hope that helps you with your planning, Lynda! Let me know if you have any other questions before you set sail!
