Ahoy, Elliott! Thanks for cruising on in to visit with us.
Oh my goodness, it's so exciting that you are just a short bit away from your
Disney Wish voyage! I'm a few weeks away myself, and I can't wait to explore this brand new, beautiful addition to the
Disney Cruise Line fleet.
You don't need to make reservations for all the "things," Elliott, but some things do require them. The things you'll need reservations for include
port adventures, specialty dining, and some onboard activities. The list of port adventures is broken down by port stop, so you'll see
Castaway Cay excursions listed in the
Bahamas category. Not all of the port adventures will be available on all sailings, but you'll get an idea of what you might see on your trip.
Your booking window is based on your level in the
Castaway Club, the club you are automatically enrolled in when you've completed your first cruise. The window opens at 120 days for those who have sailed on 10 or more Disney cruises, and for guests sailing on their first cruise, the window opens 75 days in advance.
Other activities you'll want to make reservations for include
spa services,
specialty dining, and onboard activities like mixology classes, beverage tastings, and other offerings. You'll be able to see what is being offered when your booking window opens.
I hope we've got you shipshape and ready to sail, Elliott. We appreciate your question, and wish you a magical, memorable cruise!
Anna
