We are sailing on Disney Magic 12-Night Norwegian Fjords/ Iceland Cruise in July. Does the ship have a pool suitable for adult lap swimming? Are the pools on the ship heated? Thanks for your help.

Welcome aboard, Mary! You must be all ready to set off with Disney Cruise Line for your Norwegian Fjord sailing! I must say, you have chosen one amazing itinerary to enjoy! Surely you've watched Frozen in preparation for your big trip, because you'll feel like you're in the movie at some points in your big adventure!

The Disney Magic has two pools that you can enjoy, along with a splash pool in the Aqualab area on deck for the kids. Goofy's Pool is a fun pool for the whole family to swim in while you enjoy some sun on deck and catch a Disney movie on the huge Funnel Vision screen! Of course, the adults have their own pool in the Quiet Cove area, where you can even enjoy a drink a the bar right in the pool. I love getting some adult time in with my husband and relaxing at the Quiet Cove pool while our kiddos play to their hearts' content in the Youth Clubs. I'm sorry that neither of these pools is a lap pool where you'd get much lap swimming done, but they are heated anytime the outside temperature dips below 75 degrees, so even on your trip up north, you'll find the pools very enjoyable!

    Have a fabulous adventure, Mary!
