Hello there Eileen!
Welcome back to planDisney. It seems that just like our favorite frying pan-wielding princess, you too have a dream. While I may not have magic hair that glows when I sing, I'll still be happy to help you untangle your query.
I've yet to sail on
Disney Magic, but as a big fan of Tangled and especially Flynn Ryder's smolder, it's definitely at the top of my list. I'm so thrilled you'll get the chance to experience
Tangled: The Musical on your upcoming sailing. I've heard it's sure to delight even the toughest of scoundrels and leave you shouting "best day ever!"
I just
reached out to a friendly Disney Cruise Line Cast Member who gave me some less-than-stellar news in response to your question. Like Mother Gothel I'm already saying "oh great, now I'm the bad guy." Unfortunately, it appears that O'Gils no longer transforms into the Snuggly Duckling to coincide with the musical. I'd still recommend checking the daily schedule on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to be certain, as experiences and schedules are always subject to change. But Eileen, I don't want this to spoil your dream. There's still an exciting way to let your hair down and live out a musical adventure during your sailing.
Rapunzel's Royal Table is one of the
rotational dining experiences available to guests sailing on Disney Magic. You'll be transported to the Kingdom of Corona in celebration of Rapunzel's birthday and return home. I've heard a rumor that there will be plenty of dancing and singing and maybe a few special appearances from Snuggly Duckling ruffians alongside both Flynn and Rapunzel. I'm hopeful the entire meal is "warm and real and bright," and all at once everything looks different once you've been able to experience it for yourself.
Please stop back and see us again with any additional planning questions. We'd love to help make your sailing as magical and memorable as possible.
Now go, live your dream!
Amy
