    We are sailing on our 3rd and 4th cruises, on the fantasy this year. I recently heard about the Palo Be Our Chef activity. Is this something that you book via online activities? If so, where would I find it? Thanks!

    Glad to see you have cruised by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again Yvonne - welcome back!

    Although I haven't had the opportunity to experience Palo Be Our Chef yet, it is something on my must-do list.  I can just imagine after learning their craft, heading home to my kitchen and whipping up that chocolate soufflé in my keepsake Palo chef's jacket and hat making the time between cruises a little sweeter! 

    The Palo Be Our Chef onboard experience is offered once per cruise and is limited to eight guests per sailing.  This makes for a unique and intimate culinary adventure for all those attending.  This onboard activity is offered first to Concierge Guests via shore-side reservations.  If space for this event remains, you will see it listed as available in onboard activities and can book it online at that time.  Since space is limited, if you do see it available online, I would highly recommend making the reservation to ensure yourself the opportunity to experience it.  You can also visit Guest Service on deck three when you board the Disney Fantasy to inquire about availability of this event at the time of sailing.

    If Be Our Chef is not available on one of your sailings, you could always sharpen your bartending skills in the meantime with a Mixology Class.  Be ready to serve well matched wines and liqueurs with your all your culinary experiments by attending one of these informative (and fun!) seminars during your sailing.
