We sail Jan 15th so this is the 1st day to book childcare.I see where to book my 2yr old in the nursery but I don't see an option to book my 4yr anywhere; how do I do this? Also, do we have to book an excursion or is there a beach we can just go to?

    Ahoy, Kim!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so glad you are hEAR! It's always an exciting day when your onboard booking window opens up, so I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction to register your little sailor in the Oceaneer Club and Lab. When you are logged in your cruise reservation, you'll want to look for "Children Registration" under "My Cruise Reservation." This is where you'll be able to complete the registration. You can also register in the cruise terminal or on the ship. Regardless of when you register, you'll need to stop by to "sea" the youth counselors either in the cruise terminal or in the youth spaces to pick up your child's Oceaneer Band. This band will be worn for the entire sailing and will be used for checking in and out of the club and tracking once in the club.
You do not have to book an excursion, but I do recommend checking out the Family Beach Day at Tiki Beach Port Adventure. This is a great option because it allows your crew to enjoy a couple of hours on Seven Mile Beach while letting Disney Cruise Line take care of all the details including the transportation. You can lounge by the ocean, experience water sports (for an additional fee) or splash around in the gorgeous Caribbean waters.
Thank you for cruising by, Kim! Please let us know if we can assist you further with your vacation plans.
    Have a magical day!
