Hi there, Jereme!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a mom of twin boys, I'm excited to assist you with your question!
Based on my own personal experience, I found it to be very safe to visit
Walt Disney World Resort with 1-year-old twins. I also took my oldest son to Magic Kingdom Park when he was 5-months-old and found it to be very easy to navigate the park with a little one in tow.
When visiting with little ones, we always arrived at
Magic Kingdom Park before park opening and then went back to our Disney Resort hotel to let our kiddos get a much needed afternoon nap. We would then return in the early evening to enjoy the nighttime activities in the park. This strategy also allowed us to get the boys out of the Florida heat when the temperatures were at the highest. You'll be amazed at just how many
attractions your twins will be able to experience at Magic Kingdom Park. Your boys should be able to accompany you onto any attractions categorized as "Any Height" or "Any Age."
Mickey really does think of everything when it comes to visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" with little ones in tow. Be sure to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers, which are conveniently located within all four theme parks. The Baby Care Centers feature a feeding area with highchairs, changing room, private nursing room, kitchen equipped with a microwave and sink and an on-site shop featuring essentials for little ones. I do recommend bringing a stroller from home so you can use it both inside and outside of the parks. Guests are also welcome to bring snacks and food items that do not require heating into the theme parks.
I hope this information has been helpful to you. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to stop by again. Best wishes for a magical trip with your twins, Jereme!
Happy Planning,
Jodie
