Hi we are going to run the princess half and one of our groupais coming in by plane on thursday a 20:45 she is running the 5 km. Is there a way to get her bib ? If we provide a proof of the plane ticket

    Hi Julie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's great to hEAR you'll be attending the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend!

I'm sorry your friend will not be able to attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo prior to their race. Luckily, they will be able to pick it up the morning of the race starting 2 hours prior to the race start. They will not need to provide a plane ticket or reason for the morning of pickup, but they will need their race waiver signed and a photo ID. The waivers can be found under the Runner Info tab. Your friend must be present to pick it up, so unfortunately someone else in the group cannot pick it up without the runner being there in person.

With a 6 AM start for the Princess 5K, they can pick it up starting at 4 AM near the race start. When you arrive, please ask any race volunteer or Cast Member and they should be able to direct you to the pickup. Your friend can then return to the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo after the race to pick up their shirt and check out all the awesome vendors!

I hope y'all have a magical trip and please let me know if you have any other questions!
