There was an article recently released by the Disney Parks Blog that stated they will be returning at some point. While no details were given, it was encouraging to hear that they're at least on Disney's radar screen! I'd encourage you to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog or
Disney's official social media channels for further announcements and updates, and I'm wishing on a star that they'll return in time for your upcoming vacation! In the meantime, I'd recommend purchasing Disney Gift Cards in the amount that you would plan to spend on a Disney Dining Plan and using those for all of your dining needs. While it's not the same as being able to use an entitlement, it's wonderful knowing that all of your meals and snacks are prepaid and it's easy peasy to
check your current Disney Gift Card balances online.
