    Did the rules change for owners of AK kidani points in booking AK Jambo more than 7 months out? I just tried booking and it says I can’t cause it’s not my home resort. I’m an original owner and I never had an issue before.

As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, it would be my pleasure to help answers your question.

    When making a reservation for a Disney Vacation Club Resort, the booking window opens at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time 11 months before the check-in date for your Home Resort and 7 months before the check-in date for other Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Since your Home Resort is Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village, you will need to select that resort along with Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House to make a reservation and see resort availability. You are still able to book Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House in the 11 to 8 months before check-in range with a Home Resort of Kidani Village.
