Hi Bailey,
Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
A trip to Walt Disney World Resort for graduation sounds absolutely lovely. As a returning Guest, you already know that you can expect the Royal treatment whenever you arrive at the place where dreams come true!
Disney Vacation Club Members who purchased their ownership interest directly from Disney or before March 21, 2011, are free to use their points to reserve rooms in
The Disney Collection; those Walt Disney World Resort Hotels that are not Disney Vacation Club Resorts.
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is included in this category. For these reservations, you have the option of the following categories: Standard View, Garden View, Preferred View or Water View, or River View. Unfortunately, Royal Guest Rooms are not available.
Disney Vacation Club Members wishing to use points for a Disney Collection reservation should keep in mind that there is a non-refundable $95.00 transition fee collected at the time of booking. Also, the "Rule of Four" applies. That means that reservations in The Disney Collection must be made more than four months from the end of the Use Year for reservations within that Use Year.
There are so many beautiful options available as a Disney Vacation Club Member! Might I suggest that perhaps you consider booking a Deluxe Studio at
The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa as an alternative? This stunning Resort is certainly regal. My inner princess approves!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Sally
