Are there any rooms at the Wilderness Lodge, on the bottom floor that we can walk right out the back door and be poolside? This way if our daughter falls asleep we can take the monitor out and relax by the pool.

Hi Felicia!

You are in for such a treat! The Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort - anywhere in the world! It is so beautiful but yet, it is just a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom!

Some of the Courtyard view rooms on the 1st floor do face/open to the pool area. If you'd like to add this as a room request, be sure to do so in advance of arrival by calling Walt Disney World reservations or by contacting your travel agent. Room requests are never guaranteed, but I've always had great luck by asking in advance, and then verifying the request when I check in.
