    Have any of the rooms at all stars sports been refurbished as yet or do you know when this will happen? Also can you buy bread in the gift shop?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christine! 

    While refurbishments have been underway at Disney’s All Star Resorts, refurbishment on Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has not yet begun. Disney’s All-Star Movies was recently completed and from what I have seen in the photos, the changes are incredible! The rooms look so clean, fresh, shiny, and new. The inclusion of the Murphy bed is a game-changer for families, freeing up tons of space in the room while the bed is not in use. The next phase of refurbishments begins in Disney’s All-Star Music Resort with the process already underway. Disney’s All-Star Sports will be next, likely staring later this fall or early 2021. All of this is projected of course, and subject to change. If you are hoping to stay in a refurbished room, your best bet is to book a reservation at Disney’s All-Star Movies, though Disney’s All-Star Sports is a classic family favorite. 

    You will be happy to hear that bread and other basic grocery and food items can be found in the Resort Gift Shops, making it easy to grab a few staples for your room!
