Disney's BoardWalk Villas. We have spent many evenings strolling on the BoardWalk, eating ice cream, and watching the various entertainment. Let's take a look at the recent refurbishment at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
I confirmed with a friendly Cast Member that there is no officially announced date for the completion of the refurbishment at BoardWalk Inn other than late 2023. However, they were able to share that all the rooms except the ones directly on the BoardWalk had been completed. So essentially, a room with a BoardWalk view may not be refurbished yet. However, if your arrival date is December 2023, I think it is likely that most rooms will be completed at that time. When you make your reservation, I would suggest calling to book so you can ask for a note to be placed in a refurbished room. While requests are not guaranteed, Cast Members work hard to make pixie dust happen for all Guests. A quick tip: Be sure to dine at
Flying Fish during your stay. We enjoyed dinner there during our last stay, and it was divine. I highly recommend the Florida Sunset for dessert!
