Hello. Do you have rooms available for just one guest?

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Bethany. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

I'm excited to hear that you are planning a trip to visit Disneyland Resort soon! Solo travelers are always welcome to book a room for just themselves. However, the price remains the same regardless of the number of guests in the room. Visit the Disneyland website, and you can click on "Book your Vacation Package" to get started; packages include your accommodations and theme park tickets. If your budget allows, I suggest Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa as it is the closest to both theme parks. It also has the lovely Tenaya Stone Spa located inside.

There are many advantages to traveling alone, Bethany. When I go to the parks by myself, I spend more time interacting with characters and make good use of my Disney PhotoPass account. Download the Disneyland Mobile app before your trip and practice using all the features. You can use the interactive maps to find all the character meet and greet locations. You can also save time using the Single Rider line on select attractions. See the Disneyland website for details.

I hope this helps, Bethany! If you need anything else, remember that the planDisney Panel is all ears!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
