For Room-Only reservations, can the balance be paid down/paid off prior to check-in? I know it can't be done online and normally the balance is paid at check-in. However, can it be done by calling? Our balance is very high.

Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to help with your Room-Only reservation question. Guests with a Room-Only reservation pay the first night’s room rate immediately at the time of booking with Walt Disney World. Those who have used an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner have 3-days to pay their deposit. Final payment is due at check-in but Guests can call (407) 939-7675 to make payments towards their Room-Only reservation. Let me note for further reference, if you are booking within 30-days of arrival, Guests are required to make payment in full for a Room-Only.
