    I have a room-only reservation booked for this summer. I've already done online check-in and given my card info, but was wondering if it will charge the balance automatically on my arrival day or if I will need to go to the front desk to pay it.

    Hello there, Isabella! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and ask your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question! 

    I personally love the check-in process when staying at a Disney Resort hotel! Whenever I visit Walt Disney World Resort, I can rest easy knowing how simple and straight forward the check-in process will be on my arrival day. The main reason for this is the online check-in option provided to Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels! This service allows Guests to check-in prior to their arrival on the Walt Disney World Resort website and completely bypass the front desk whenever they arrive. This way, you can spend less time checking-in and more time enjoying all of the amazing amenities Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! All you need to do is provide a valid credit card during the online check-in process, and you'll be good to go! 

    You'll be happy to know that since you've already utilized the online check-in service, the remainder of your balance should be charged whenever you are officially checked-in. So, whenever your Disney Resort hotel room becomes available, the credit card you've left on file will be automatically charged with your remaining balance. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, you can also stop by the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel for further assistance!
