If we use room service while on our cruise do we tip them if we have already prepaid our tips? If so how much?

Hi again, Carrie! It certainly is convenient to pre-pay your tips before you sail, isn't it? We've done that before and enjoy the ease of not having to worry about that later on in the cruise.

The tips that are traditionally paid either before you sail or by the end of your cruise are for your Head Server, Server, Assistant Server and Stateroom Host. Since the Cast Members delivering room service are not the same servers you will have each night as you dine, it is traditional to tip them in person each time you order. We usually bring some one and five dollar bills to have on hand and tip a few dollars each time we have something delivered. For a plate of cookies and milk, I tip a few dollars, but for a couple of full meals, I would tip more.

Isn't it nice that Disney offers complimentary room service? I love to have a snack to nibble on as I'm getting dressed for dinner, and being able to order directly to our stateroom makes that so convenient! I hope that helps as you plan, Carrie!
