We have room only reservations in February 2021, but no tickets. I know I can purchase tickets 2/24, but how do I purchase them? Are they E-tickets? Do I have to wait for them to arrive in the mail before I make park reservations? Do I use MDE or call?

Thanks for stopping BACK by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another vacation question, Cyndi! There is so much new information being released as Walt Disney World prepares for the phased reopening of the theme parks and resorts. Even though there will be some changes taking place in order to follow the safety guidelines provided by health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing, there will still be plenty of the Disney magic that we all know and love.

Currently the Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go page states that by June 28th, Guests will be able to purchase new Disney Resort hotel packages and theme park tickets and make their park reservations for arrivals starting in 2021. Since you already have a Disney Resort hotel room-only reservation, you will be able to upgrade to a vacation package that includes park tickets on June 28th, 2020. You can purchase tickets through, through the My Disney Experience app, or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-7679. You will immediately be able to link the park tickets to your My Disney Experience account and make those park reservations on the new Disney Park Pass system

I hope that this information helps you to prepare for your February 2021 Walt Disney World vacation! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
