I have a room only reservation and plan on utilizing direct-to-room. Will my card on file be automatically charged for the remaining room balance so that I don't have to visit the front desk or do I need to call to pay off the balance before arriving?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Barb!

It is always a pleasure to hEAR from you!

Barb, when you arrive, your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room balance will be automatically charged to your room folio with your credit card attached. So that I know exactly how much I owe, I still prefer to visit the front desk to settle up my bill on the day that I arrive. Alternatively, you can call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-1936. They will be able to take your payment over the phone so that you are good to go!

I hope that this answered your question, Barb.

    Have a magical trip!
