Hi Roseanne,
Thanks for trucking by planDisney with your question! I’m glad you are planning to visit
Walt Disney World Resort while you are in between work trips. Like Tow Mater likes to say, you’ve come to the right place to “Git-R-Done!”
You will be happy to know that
oversized vehicles, including semi-trucks/tractor-trailer trucks, parking is permitted in the theme park parking lots for a daily fee (currently $35, subject to change). This includes
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios and
Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.
If you are planning to book a stay in one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, I'm glad to tell you that most resorts have large parking lots and that theme park
parking for registered resort hotel Guests is complimentary. Because parking lots vary from resort to resort, I consulted with a friendly Cast Member about any suggestions I should share with you. She recommended that you
call the Resort Hotel and Theme Park Information line before your arrival and chat with a Cast Member about the size of your vehicle. The Cast Member will guide you to the best parking location.
Roseanne, it sounds like you travel all over North America, but at EPCOT you can travel the world all in one day! And since you are arriving in time for the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth, you can celebrate the holidays during your visit! It also just so happens that the EPCOT parking lot is perfect for parking your truck. Tow Mater likes to say that Radiator Springs is the cutest little town in Carburetor County, and I think that EPCOT is the most delightful global community in Walt Disney World. I hope you get a chance to visit!
I hope this information helps keep you rolling toward your visit, Roseanne. Please stop by any time with other questions.
See ya real soon,
Shannon
