I want a room about the 5 deck. I found the room type I want but I cannot choose the exact room. It makes me agree to guaranty. Does that mean that I could have any room at all around the ship... or just any room that is a 11B room?

    Hi Patty, welcome aboard!

If you're not particular about the exact stateroom you'd like, booking a Guarantee room with Disney Cruise Line is a great way to save a bit of money and have the possibility of a nicer stateroom.

For example, if you book a category 11 guarantee, you will get your stateroom at that rate, but Disney will wait to assign your exact stateroom until they see how many other staterooms are sold for that particular sailing. Then, they will assign you a room which will be at least the category you purchased, but sometimes a better category. It's a nice gamble to take if you aren't very particular about the exact stateroom and location. But, if you definitely want to be on a particular spot on the ship, you'd be better off choosing an available room in that location.

I hope this helps you plan, Patty. Be sure to stop back with any other questions you might have! Happy sailing!
