Howdy, partner!
I'm always happy to see a fellow Texan around these here
planDisney parts, Roland, so thanks for boot-scooting on by. I see your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is in October. My husband and I typically plan a weekend getaway back "home" during the latter half of October every year. We really enjoy the fall decor at
Magic Kingdom Park, special
Halloween paid events, and especially the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. I think you will "fall" in love with Walt Disney World Resort during this time of year too!
You can
view the daily operating hours for all
four theme parks,
water parks, and
Disney Springs online or in the
My Disney Experience App. You are able to view park hours on a Day View, 5-Day View, Month View, and At-A-Glance View. To see dates that are much further into the future, you can click on the calendar icon and scroll through the available months. Currently, the park hours are only available through September of 2022, which means the park hours for October 2022 have yet to be released. If I had to guess when they will be released, I would bet on April based on the fact that the calendar is currently showing hours for six months out, although there's no way to know when they will appear for sure. I suggest you keep checking back weekly to see if any new park hours populate on the calendar. Keep in mind park hours are subject to change at any time, so be sure to check back on that calendar closer to your vacation dates for the most accurate information.
Now, if you were instead referring to Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, a
50th Anniversary Celebration perk for Guests of
Disney Deluxe Resorts and
Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, the dates are only showing through May at the moment. If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel that qualifies for this perk, I suggest you check back on the
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours webpage often as more dates are likely to be added. The schedule is subject to change, so check back closer to the date you embark on your magical adventure.
Pro tip: The weather in Florida is notoriously fickle, even in October, and it can get quite hot. I don't want anything to "rain on your parade," so I encourage you to pack a poncho and handheld fan to be prepared for whatever comes your way.
Roland, I want to make sure I've lassoed up the right information for you. If I misinterpreted your question in any way, please stop back by planDisney and
let me know. I hope your October trip is spooktacular and memorable!
Happy planning,
Alyssa
