I have a RO ressie and bunch of gift cards to use, wondering if I do online check in will I have to pay the room in full? If so can I use all the gift cards to help off set the cost? Thanks, love the panel!

    Lori,

Doing the Online Check In does not mean you are paying for the room then. You really are just checking in.

If you want to apply Disney Gift Cards to your account, just apply them to your room bill when you check in. I do this every year. They are going to be reticent to apply too many dollars to your account. This is because once they apply them to your account, they cannot give them back to you. So if you put $200 on your account, but only spend $180, they have no way of giving you the remaining $20.

But, if like me, you know you are going to spend the money, put those gift cards down. You can also just put some of those gift card dollars down on check-in, and then revisit the front desk later during your stay to put more onto your account.

I hope that this helps? Write me back if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a magical vacation!
