Hi Cordella!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love your question. I have been traveling to the Disney Parks with my children since they have been as young as 3 months-old. It's always so special to see the Magic of Walt Disney World through the eyes of little ones. I hope you make many magical memories with your son that will last lifetime.
Cordella, your little prince will be able to experience any attraction that does not have a height requirement posted. Some of my children's favorites at that age included; Dumbo the Flying Elephant, it's a small world, Under the Sea~Journey of the Little Mermaid and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The parades at Magic Kingdom also provide many fascinating sights and sounds for your son to enjoy. The combination of colorful floats, Disney characters, beautiful music and entertaining Cast Members make any parade a must do at this theme park.
I encourage you to check out the
Planning for Pre-School and Little Ones page on the Disney website. This fantastic section of the website offers sample itineraries, lists of age appropriate attractions and even some really adorable 'Disney Firsts' videos that always bring a smile to my face and sometimes a tear to my eye. It's a fantastic resource that would be a great help while you plan your magical vacation.
Enjoy your getaway with your little mouseketeer, and please visit us again with any other questions you may have as you chart out your Walt Disney World adventure.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
~Jen
