Are there any rides that require closed toe shoes?

    Sue,

No, there are no attractions in the parks that specifically mention the need for close toed shoes. However, while I have been out there with my kids in flip-flops, I do not recommend them. That is not because of the chance of injury, but because you really need to wear shoes that can deal with you having to walk all day long.

Another consideration are the in-park playgrounds, like the Boneyard in the Animal Kingdom. While I do not recall a specific sign requiring them, the climbing on the nets can be hard in open toed shoes.

    I hope that this helps?

    Have a magical vacation!
