Hi, James! I think the list of things she can't do is much shorter than the list of things she can do! She won't be able to ride the "thrill" rides, or things that are bumpy or have a sudden drop. That leaves out the Mountains, the safari ride at Animal Kingdom, and some of the rides at EPCOT. Things she can do that are safe for her include the Haunted Mansion, the Jungle Cruise, the boat ride through the Land at EPCOT, Buzz Lightyear, Toy Story Midway Mania, The Nemo ride at EPCOT, Great Movie Ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and so much more! In addition, there are lots of shows and parades and 3D movies she will be able to enjoy. And if there is something you and the family are going on that she can't do, there is probably something near by that she might enjoy - even if it's just a shop to browse in and cool off. Make sure she drinks lots of water during the day! It can be quite hot in June in Orlando. Also, I found it better for me to avoid eating real heavy meals while I was pregnant and walking around the theme parks. Tell her not to push herself too hard, and when she feels like she needs a rest, find a shady or air conditioned spot where she can put her feet up.
Have a wonderful time!
