Are all of the rides still operating during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? Is it really worth the money of the ticket cost? This will be our first time visiting during the holidays and want to experience as much as possible.

    Hi Kimberly,
The thing I really love about special events such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is that they are limited admission events. Once all the tickets are sold, they are gone. What does this mean for you? Much smaller crowds, especially if you are visiting at a busy time of year. I've been to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) several times and it's absolutely wonderful! All of the attractions are open for your enjoyment and-even better-the lines tend to be much shorter due to the limited number of tickets available for the event (if you can imagine no waiting for Space Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, you've got the right idea). It's a great way for you and your family to be able to enjoy the Magic Kingdom. Also, Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade can only be seen at this special event and it's fantastic! I can't leave out the delicious unlimited cookies and hot cocoa that are included in this event. Finally, my hands-down favorite part-the fireworks show. Holiday Wishes is quite a beautiful sight to behold and can only be seen during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Also, you can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm, so show up early and get in a few more hours of fun!

Kimberly, I hope this helps you make your decision! Enjoy the holiday season at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
