Hiya, Jamie! Welcome to planDisney!
Walt Disney World makes it easy to figure out which attractions are the right fit for you and your group. Both the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience mobile app have filters that allow you to select different requirements, interests, or types of experiences, and see a list of attractions that meet all your needs.
The Health Advisory filter is accessed differently depending on where you are looking. For the website, go to
Attractions and Entertainment in the “Things to Do” dropdown menu, and then click the “Accessibility & Advisories” button. Underneath “Physical Considerations,” you’ll see the Health Advisory filter. For the My Disney Experience app, select the location icon along the bottom of your screen to access the map, and then choose the Attractions star icon at the top of your screen. There will be a small circle with 3 lines, and tapping that will take you to all the attraction filters. Scroll down and you’ll see the Health Advisory filter located in the Physical Considerations category.
The advisory covers a lot of potential health issues (“…For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.”) so be sure to talk to your physician about your specific condition, or a Cast Member if you have questions about a specific attraction.
Focusing on the 4 theme parks, here are the attractions that I found have Health Advisories listed.

I hope this information helps with your vacation planning, Jamie. Don’t hesitate to come right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!
Magical travels!
