Hi Jo,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you're dreaming lots of Disney dreams and looking forward to your Disneyland Resort adventure. I'm excited for your upcoming visit and hope that all your dreams come true!

I have some good news for you! You heard correctly...Guests may only join the virtual queue for WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure once per day, however, if you're not able to join a boarding group at 7:00 AM, you may certainly try again at 12:00 PM. While you may access the virtual queue from anywhere at 7:00 AM (and even in the comfort of your favorite Mickey Mouse pajamas), you'll need to make sure you've entered the theme park before attempting to access the virtual queue at 12:00 PM.

Want a few tips to help boost your chances of getting a spot? First, make sure you're on the fastest internet connection possible. I'd recommend doing a quick internet search for "data speed checker" to compare the WiFi and cellular data connections, and even trying a few different locations to see if that makes a difference. Next, make sure that all of your apps are closed on your phone and that you start a fresh session within the Disneyland mobile app just a few minutes before the window opens. If you have someone who can be checking the official time on another device and counting down for you while you get your quick fingers ready, that can be helpful, too.
