How does Ride Swap work? We have a 3 year old with us that can't ride some of the 40" rides that we would like to go on.

    Hi Melissa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Rider Switch Service is a great way to make sure everyone in your family can still enjoy all the thrilling attractions without needing to queue twice!

For the Rider Switch Service you'll want to approach the attraction queue with your full party including yourself, any other adults and your little one. You'll then want to tell the Cast Member that you'd like to utilize the Rider Switch Service. The first group to ride will be given a Rider Switch Pass. The majority of the group will want to ride first and will get in the regular queue while an adult stays with your little one. At some point in the attraction your group will exchange the Rider Switch Pass for a paper return ticket. Whoever waited with your toddler the first time will then be able to bypass the line by providing this return ticket. They can also bring 2 extra Guests with them, for a total of 3 people with the one Rider Switch.

Please review the full list of attractions the Rider Switch Service can be used for. Please come back and let us know if we can help in any other way before your upcoming trip!
