What ride can my 4 month old baby go on at Disneyland in Anaheim California all rides that he can go on with his 12-year-old and 9-year-old brother? Also can he ride on pirates in the Caribbean since it's a slow ride and Indiana Jones or no?

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Trina!

I’m so excited to welcome you to planDisney because I brought my 4-month-old to The Happiest Place On Earth this summer and he absolutely loved it! Walt Disney's dream was to create theme parks that the whole family could enjoy together, and there are so many rides that make that dream a reality. Let's dive into some of the best family-friendly attractions for all ages!

So, Trina, can I let you in on a little secret? One of my grandmother’s favorite memories is of us riding Pirates of the Caribbean when I was just an infant. Full disclosure: I was so scared of the animatronics that we had to be escorted off our barge in the middle of the ride! So, when I boarded it with my 4-month-old a few weeks ago, I made sure to hold on tight. Thankfully, he didn’t seem afraid at all, and those two drops at the beginning were thrilling for him. Just remember, every child is different, so keep an eye on how yours is feeling.

Now, here’s a handy list of all the rides and attractions with no height requirement —perfect for your littlest Mouseketeers!

We hopped on Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway with my husband and our 3-year-old and 16-year-old princes! Other attractions my entire crew loves include the King Arthur Carrousel, "it's a small world," Haunted Mansion, and Peter Pan’s Flight.

As much as I wish everyone could experience every ride, Indiana Jones Adventure has a 46-inch height requirement, so your tiniest tot will have to sit that one out. But on the bright side, this is the perfect opportunity to use Rider Switch. I’ll link a video below so you can see how it works.

I hope this helps you get all your Donald Ducks in a row for a fantastic day at the DIsneyland Resort soon, Trina! If you have any more questions or need a quick response, feel free to reach out directly—I’ll answer faster than McQueen can say, “Ka-chow!”

Oh, and P.S. Let’s just keep that Pirates story between us, ok? I’m a big girl now.
