Hoo Hoo, K!
Welcome back! I’m so glad to see you here again, ready to dive into more of your amazing world travel plans!
First of all, thanks for introducing me to the
Wandering Oaken Sliding Sleighs attraction at
the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort! You've got some serious wanderlust, K. I’ve never been to this resort myself, but my pal and fellow
Panelist Prince S has, so we just had a blast chatting about how it compares to similar attractions at Disneyland Resort in California.
At first glance, the
Matterhorn Bobsleds. When you take a look at this classic attraction, it instantly brings to mind the icy mountains of Arendelle. I mean, whizzing around on a sled through all the twists and turns makes you feel as if Oaken himself might just pop up out of nowhere and offer you a sweet deal on swimsuits at his Big Summer Blowout sale!
But hold your reindeer, K! Panelist Prince discovered something interesting. The Wandering Oaken Sliding Sleighs ride is actually classified as a Vekoma Junior Coaster, mainly because of its roller skate-shaped cars and speed. Can you believe it? It's more like
Chip 'n' Dale's GADGETcoaster in
Mickey’s Toontown over at the
Disneyland Park. The theme of this attraction is completely different from the theme of
Frozen, but hey, it's a family-friendly ride with a height requirement of just 35 inches. I bet even
Oaken and his whole family would enjoy it if they ever decide to take a break from hogging his sauna!
Thanks again for the chance to go on this
Disney Parks journey, K! You know the drill, right?
Swing by anytime if you’d like any more
tips or
advice. You know I'm here for you.
Sending you warm hugs,
Danielle
