Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah! I am so happy that a fellow Sarah stopped by!
I had the pleasure of taking my family to
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White last October. I must admit, I was a little worried about this reservation since my little ones did not know who Snow White was at the time. Boy, was I wrong to worry!
My in-laws still rave about the
food. While I did not get to try all of the appetizers due to a food allergy, they especially loved the shrimp cocktail, and my little one loved his vegetable try and honey butter. We all had the Royal Prime Rib Roast with an Enchanted Apple Martini. While the food was absolutely amazing, the real treat was the character interactions.
When we entered the restaurant, Snow White herself was dancing around the restaurant, whistling a happy tune, while arranging place settings on a recently bussed table. Once we were seated, I heard the baby giggling to high heavens, and found that Snow White had stopped by to play peek-a-boo. My son absolutely loved the dwarves, Grumpy, especially, who kept us all laughing with his expressions. The real crown jewel was the Evil Queen, who was as perfectly evil as you could possibly imagine.
Sarah, while my kids had no idea who Snow White was at the beginning of the meal, the movie is now on repeat in our house, and they can not wait to go back!
If you are looking for another classic princess meal, be sure to check out
1900 Park Fare with Cinderella and Friends, or the
Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno with Ariel and Rapunzel and their beaus.
I just know that you will have the fairest vacation of them all, Sarah. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation.
