DH and I are returning to WDW (our second trip) this time with the kids DS12 & DS7. Our first day will be my 40th Bday! I want to celebrate Disney style with a great dinner at ANY resort (no parks), any suggestions? Open to shows! Want fun, not stu

Hi Aundrea! What a magical way to celebrate your 40th birthday! I celebrated that milestone birthday at Walt Disney World too! Be sure to pick up a free birthday button from Guest Services to wear during your vacation so everyone will know you're celebrating!

Your question was cut off, but I'm guessing you were going to say you want a fun celebration, not a stuffy one. Since you're open to shows, I highly recommend you celebrate your birthday at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at the Fort Wilderness Resort. This dinner show is so much fun and definitely not stuffy! The performers acknowledge those celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, so it's a great spot for a celebration. My kids are close in age to yours, and they loved the corny jokes in the show, as did my husband and I. I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face after a night at the Hoop-Dee-Doo!

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
