Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth!
It’s hard to believe that May 2020 is just around the corner, isn’t it? Since that’s less than 180 days away, it’s time to begin booking your
dining reservations for your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Of course, the best restaurants will depend on your personal tastes, but for the dining experience, here are my suggestions.
At Epcot, I love the ambiance of the
Coral Reef Restaurant. It’s fun to play a little “I Spy” as you dine to see which creatures you can spot swimming in the aquarium. The new
Space 220 restaurant should be open by May, too, and I’m sure that will be an out-of-this-world dining experience as well. Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly when they will begin accepting dining reservations, so I would recommend you stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information.
At Magic Kingdom Park, my family and I love the corny jokes and the fabulous food at the
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. For Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, we love
Tiffins Restaurant and its adjacent
Nomad Lounge, and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios our favorites include the
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant and the all-new
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (where no reservations are required and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is available).
Outside of the Theme Parks, you can’t beat the view from
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or the amazing entertainment and food that are a part of
Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
I think your son would be thrilled with any of these options, Elizabeth, and I hope you’re able to find something to suit both of your tastes.
Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer as you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Elizabeth! We hope to see you real soon.
