Hello there- We will be returning to Disney World again this year. We are coming in February 2019. Can you tell me what the weather is like there that time of year? Where we are it will be blizzards and want to make sure we pack the right clothing. Thanks

Hiya, Courtney! I even like the rainy days when I get to spend them at Walt Disney World, but I know how important it is to have the right clothing for a vacation. You don't want to overpack and you certainly don't want to underpack.

In February, you can expect average temperatures to be in the low to mid 70s. Overnights, the temperatures tend to fall into the low 50s. If you plan to hit the theme parks when they open in the morning, or if you want to stay late into the evening - especially for evening extra magic hours - you'll want to have either a sweatshirt or a jacket to stay warm.

That time of year, I find it better to plan to wear layers. There are locker rentals available at each of the theme parks, so you can easily put extra jackets or even sweatpants into the lockers until evening falls.

Even though the typical temperatures and cool that time of year, it can't hurt to pack a pair or two of shorts. You never know when there might be a temperature spike and you could easily reach 80 degrees. Plus, doing all of that walking around, you may feel it's warmer than it actually is.

Have a wonderfully magical time, Courtney!
