    Hi there, returned from our WDW trip in March and now I'm wishing I would have picked up a few items for my DD's bday coming up. Is there any way I can call and have Parks merchandise shipped to me? They don't have what I want at Disney store online. Thx!

    Welcome home - I hope you had a magical vacation!  I think "souvenir regret" has happened to almost every one of us, so I have some good news to pass on.  If you haven't been able to find the items you want through the online Disney Store, you can always contact Merchandise Guest Services to see if they can locate and ship those to you directly.  Just call (877) 560-6477 from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday-Friday or email Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com for assistance.  It's helpful to have a detailed description of the items when you call, but it's been my experience that the Cast Members go above and beyond to find exactly the items you want for you with any information you might have.
