We just returned from Walt Disney World where we stayed at Old Key West. We would like to give a compliment to a cast member there for her great service. How do we do that?

    Hi Fonda!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney! The Cast Members really are the heartbeat behind the magic, and I love that you want to recognize them for that!

There’s a super simple and quick way to send a compliment, and you’ll find it right in your My Disney Experience app. Click the 3 lines in the bottom corner, then scroll down to click Cast Compliments. You can fill out the form, and they will do their best to get it to the Cast Member!

I realize that the Cast Compliments section of the app isn’t very comprehensive, though. So, if you’re hoping to pass along a more in-depth and detailed compliment, I’d try sending an email through the Help Center on Disney World’s website.

You can choose “Guest Services” as the category and “Comments on My Recent Visit” as the subcategory. That would allow you to share your personal experience and story.

Whichever route you go, I’m sure it will make the Cast Member’s day to hear what a positive impact they had on your vacation. Thank you in advance for spreading that kindness!

If you ever have any other questions for us, feel free to ask! We’re always happy to help!
