    we just returned from taking our 4 yr old grandaughter and daughter in law to Disney and i was wondering how do i retrieve the photos that were scanned to her magic band

    Dear Barbara,

    What a wonderful trip you must have had with your family!  I know that you are very excited to see all the pictures that were taken which captured every magical moment of your vacation.  

    I am including a link to detailed instructions for downloading your pictures. You will need to make sure the Magic Band is linked to your My Disney Experience account.  Don't worry; the instructions will walk you through every step of the way.
