    Hi we have just returned from Orlando where we purchased annual passholder tickets. We have a booking for January at a Disney hotel and have just paid the deposit.. can we get a discount on out hotel. Thank you

    Alan, you've raised a great question. Annual Passholders can take advantage of some awesome special offers and discounts at the Walt Disney World Resort! Occasionally, discounts on Disney Resort hotel rates are available to Annual Passholders throughout the year. To view these special rates, if available, in the future, be sure to link your Annual Pass to your account in My Disney Experience. Alan, I understand you've recently booked a Disney Resort hotel reservation for a January 2024 holiday. I'm happy to inform you that, sometimes, special offers can be applied to existing bookings! However, at this time, I don't see any available special offers for Annual Passholders during that period. You can always reach out to the Disney Experts via freephone to inquire about any deals that might apply to your booking!

    Great news, Alan! As of January 9, 2024, Annual Passholders and Guests whose tickets include the Park Hopper option will be able to "hop" between the theme parks at any time during park hours! Before your next visit, be sure to set up your Disney MagicMobile pass using the My Disney Experience mobile app so that you can quickly and easily verify your Annual Passholder affiliation. You'll likely need to show proof of your Annual Passholder status to take advantage of exclusive discounts on merchandise and food/beverage purchases!
