I have just returned home from Orlando I have the mobile app & the memory maker but how can I edit the photos? Add characters etc there is no edit button I can see. Please help! Thanks

Hi, Tara! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass service! We're glad you are visiting us!

Memory Maker is the one product that keeps us going when we're not at the Walt Disney World Resort. My family and I visit and revisit photos and videos from past trips over and over again. Reliving those magical memories made at Disney World Resort is almost like being there. My mom loves to see how the grandchildren have grown and changed over the years. Our love for Disney remains intact, though.

A few months back the Disney PhotoPass Service website went through a makeover, and as a result some of the features varied. At this time, you cannot edit photos on the website; however, they can still be modified through your My Disney Experience Mobile App as on an iOS-operated device. Tara, keep checking the website from time to time as the edit function may be restored in the future.

I hope this helps. Please do not hesistate to visit us again. We'll be hEAR to help you!

    See ya real soon,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
